Full Stack Software Engineer

Location – Mysuru – Will need to work from the Mysore office 2 days a week

Our client, a renowned global company, is looking for Software Engineers to contribute to their industry-leading web-based insurance system. They prioritize customer self-service and are constantly seeking new ways to improve their product and working environment. To achieve this, they have implemented cutting-edge technologies such as VueJS, TypeScript, .NET6, Grafana, Prometheus, and various cloud-native tools. They have also embraced infrastructure as code by utilizing Kubernetes and Docker in their CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, they leverage the latest tooling from Azure DevOps, Azure, and AKS.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial coding experience
• Proficiency in C#
• Solid understanding of .NET framework and .NET Core
• Experience with version control software, particularly Git workflows and branching strategies
• Strong knowledge of building Web APIs with a restful structure
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Passion for continuous learning
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving and collaborate within a team

Desired Skills:

• Experience with VueJS, React, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with front-end CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bulma
• Microsoft Certifications
• Knowledge of Entity Framework and Dapper
• Exposure to multi-tenant environments
• Proficiency in performance tuning
• Understanding of Azure or equivalent cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (we use AKS) and containers (Windows and Linux)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code best practices and migration to infrastructure as code technologies
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Analysis and specification skills
