Senior Enterprise Architect – HR Systems Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong background in HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, capable of actively leading architectural work while being self-driven. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define Enterprise Architecture and roadmaps for HR systems transformation.
  • Actively lead the architecture work for large-scale HR programs while managing a team of solution and data architects.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
  • Drive the implementation of SAP, SuccessFactors, Legion, and UKG systems in the HR domain.
  • Ensure a structured and organized approach to understanding the impact of activities from an architecture perspective.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly in HR systems.
  • Proven leadership background with the ability to lead teams and architectural work independently.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in SAP implementation, particularly for HR systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain and drive architectural decisions.
  • Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in understanding and translating business needs into actionable roadmaps and solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple large-scale transformation programs.
