To support this transformation, we are seeking Business Analyst Specialists who will play a key role in modernizing the Recruitment & Sourcing team, transitioning from legacy technologies to advanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate workshops with local country teams, focusing on Recruitment & Sourcing processes.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, covering both functional and non-functional needs for technical services.
• Solution Design: Actively contribute to solution design, conducting local design sessions and guiding stakeholders through proposed solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR solutions.
• Solid understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
• Experience with Avature ATS is a plus.
• Proven experience working on transformation projects.
