Power BI Developer

Location: MUST BE IN Bengaluru

Hireflex247 is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for building interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. We are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including Data Analysts, BI Developers, or Data Engineers, as long as you bring strong hands-on experience in Power BI development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
• Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data solutions.
• Ensure access management and data security across dashboards.
• Lead and drive reporting projects from concept to delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Ability to work across teams and drive collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with frontend reporting tools is a plus.
• Background in data engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with access management practices.
