AdTech Engineer

This ecosystem will consolidate marketing data across various formats to drive intelligent decision-making and deliver AI-powered insights.
We are seeking a seasoned AdTech Engineer with strong data infrastructure experience and a passion for performance-driven marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration & Transformation: Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to unify data across disparate AdTech platforms and marketing tools.
- Platform Development: Contribute to building a marketing analytics platform from the ground up to optimize spend and customer engagement.
- API & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable data APIs and infrastructure on GCP to support seamless data flow and analytics.
- Quality & Monitoring: Implement tools and processes to ensure high data quality, monitor drift/decay, and uphold compliance standards.
- Technical Translation: Translate business data requirements into scalable and effective technical architectures.
- Coaching & Knowledge Sharing: Support teams in adopting data-driven practices and ensure adherence to best practices in CI/CD and infrastructure.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- ✅ AdTech Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with AdTech platforms and ecosystems (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, Attribution, etc.).
- ✅ Technical Skills: Strong command of Python, SQL, NodeJS, and Dataform. Ability to build scalable data processing solutions.
- ✅ Data Architecture: Deep experience with data modeling, warehousing, and large-scale pipeline design.
- ✅ Cloud Infrastructure: Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native data engineering.
- ✅ Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort with complex data challenges.
- ✅ Team Collaboration: Ability to build cross-functional relationships and mentor junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global marketing or AdTech teams.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance in marketing data.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics and customer journey data modeling.
