About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Avature HR Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Avature HR system. You will work closely with HR teams and end-users to ensure smooth operation and optimal use of the Avature platform, assisting with troubleshooting, system configuration, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Avature System Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for the Avature platform to HR teams and end-users.
- Resolve system issues and user queries related to Avature, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Assist with the configuration and customization of Avature workflows, forms, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain system data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- User Training & Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing users on the Avature platform, covering best practices and new features.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist users in navigating and utilizing the Avature system effectively.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Assist with data entry, data integrity checks, and report generation using Avature and other HRIS systems.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards in Avature to support HR decision-making and analytics.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve user experience and streamline HR processes within Avature.
- General HRIS Support:
- Support the HRIS team with other HR system-related tasks as needed, including integrations with other HR tools and platforms.
- Assist with the rollout of new features and system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with experience in HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in using and supporting Avature is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with other business applications.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
