Personal Assistant to Director
Bangalore
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day duties. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules efficiently.
📍 Location: Remote (UK Hours with some India Hours)
⏳ Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible for the Right Candidate)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the Director’s daily schedule, ensuring meetings, calls, and tasks are well-organized.
✅ Book and coordinate meetings in the Director’s diary.
✅ Follow up with clients, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
✅ Provide daily updates on tasks, priorities, and follow-ups.
✅ Respond to emails professionally, demonstrating excellent email etiquette.
✅ Assist in drafting and formatting documents, emails, and reports.
✅ Use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively for drafting, scheduling, and automation.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
✔️ Excellent written and spoken English – strong communication is key!
✔️ Professional email etiquette and ability to draft clear, concise emails.
✔️ 100% computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under minimal supervision.
✔️ A smartphone and access to a stable internet connection.
✔️ Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
✔️ Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin Manager is a plus.
