Role Overview:
As a Software Developer at Hireflex247, you will work on a variety of projects involving WordPress, Squarespace, and BeFree.io. Your role will involve developing, customizing, and maintaining websites and email campaigns for our clients, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, Squarespace, and BeFree.io platforms.
• Customize existing templates, create themes, and implement plugins to meet client needs.
• Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites, ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• Create and manage email templates and campaigns using BeFree.io, optimizing for deliverability and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver results on time.
• Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality and email rendering.
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure optimal website performance and visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, email marketing tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a software developer with strong knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, and BeFree.io email development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Experience with website maintenance, theme customization, plugin integration, and performance optimization.
• Experience in creating and designing email templates and campaigns using BeFree.io or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and email marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with additional CMS platforms and web development technologies.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
